I like it but won't get it again when I found out how much salt and fat they add to make it taste good.

concept: that one wants to stop eating meat but is so addicted to the texture and taste of meat that one tries to create a meat-like food out of vegetables and other non-animal-based ingredients.

As an aside, I really like Impossible sausage as well as other Impossible products and Beyond Meat products.
