A Magistrate Judge in the Southern District of Florida Ordered the DOJ to confer with Donald Trump and provide his position within 24 hours where her he opposes or doesn’t oppose the unsealing of the search warrant following the DOJ filing the motion to unseal the warrant. - Meidas Touch.

15. He's allowed to respond. Even without the DOJ filing to unseal it, the judge can go ahead and do it

anyway. That choice comes from a due process abundance of caution so that he can't technically derail the DOJ around an indictment for the illegal keeping of federal records, not to mention top secret classified documents. That way, he's going nowhere on any appeal over due process.

At this point he's not going to win.
