If they weren't legitimate, the DOJ wouldn't have gone to such lengths to retrieve them Rhiannon12866 Aug 2022 #2

this indicates that somebody who had access to these files was complicit in letting Trump get them and carry them out. Therefore, any of the few people with access must be suspected of being accomplices. Who aided Trump in getting these documents for him to take to Mar a Lago?

Though it is possible that whoever moved them (moving company?) could have assumed the boxes contained his actual possessions, but I agree that we need to know the answer to who helped him and if they were aware of the contents. It's imperative that we know the details of exactly how he accessed them, what he took, why and who knew...

I was referring to who got the documents out of their special containment in the first place in order to put them into boxes. According to the video, only a few people were allowed access to the documents. They had to physically carry them to the president if he asked to see them, remain with the documents, and personally return them when the president was through with them. Somebody did not follow through on this protocol. The only way that Trump could have got them into boxes to be carted away is if one of the very few, select people with access got them for Trump and then left them in Trump's hands instead of returning them to their locked, secret, safe storage. That person, whoever it was, acted as an accomplice by not following extreme top secret protocol.

Maybe Trump threatened that person. Maybe that person was a Trump loyalist all along. Whatever the case, and whoever it was, the list of which select people had access is snalll, so the culprit should be traceable.

We are missing information. This just doesn't make sense.

And I think he deserves an award for that series he did from the Ukraine border.
