There’s a bill on Gavin Newsom’s desk that could change the lives of 550K fast food workers and alter the course of U.S. labor policy. The FAST Recovery Act would set industry-wide work standards for California fast food chains, including a minimum wage of up to $22. All Newsom has to do is sign it.
