EU prepares to impose more sanctions on Russia - CNA
The European Union is pressing ahead with plans for new sanctions on Russia in response to President Vladimir Putin's first military mobilization since World War II. The bloc is also ramping up its weapons supplies to Ukraine. EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said Mr. Putin's latest move showed panic and desperation.
