President Obama: "I'm Really Proud of All of You."

Barack Obama‏@BarackObama

The President made a surprise visit to campaign HQ yesterday to thank staff & volunteers. Here's what he said. http://OFA.BO/Bu2y3i

Think I have a little dirt in my eye, too.

So, as our Prez points out, things have come full circle. My sincere thanks and gratitude to everyone who played any part in getting this man re-elected.

It feels good to have helped this man win. Against all the highly charged, expensive, hateful, racist whisper campaigning this great man had to endure, he stands steadfast for American ideals. If that's not enough to tear up the toughest of us, then consider how this man just saved our democracy from the Romney Ryan wrath. It's a beautiful moment seeing him reminisce about coming full circle and now standing before people who, years separated, are just like him. And it's a well deserved release after all the stress and anxiety we've all been through.

Thank you again Barack Obama, Mr. President.

Hi,
I had an affection for President Clinton of course. He was inspirational and a fighter. However, the depths of my feelings for President Obama go so much deeper. I'm not sure of all the reasons why. But I do know one of them is all the bullshit he has to put up with from the 24/7 right wing crap throwers in the media. The blatant racism, and all the other garbage. He has always stayed so dignified. I also love it when Michelle gives him grief in public, makes them seem so real. I hope some day to shake his hand or at least see him in person.

Peace
