This weirdo police officer hadn't even been on the 4th 30 days before he decided to open fire on somebody.

Police officers are trained to be government sanctioned serial killers, It doesn't mean they all do it, it certainly means they're all allowed to.

What exactly did he learned in the police Academy that made him think he could walk up to somebody and open fire on them?? Because he thought he had an altercation with them yesterday?. Allegedly, that's probably the lie hes trying to tell to save his sorry ass
