A federal judge overseeing the secret criminal grand jury in Washington DC related to 2020 election interference just ruled against Donald Trump’s assertion of Executive Privilege as part of Trump’s efforts to block the testimony of former Vice President Pence’s former Chief of Staff Marc Short. Trump’s efforts to block the testimony on an appeal was also denied. Marc Short gave full testimony on Thursday 10/13.
