BREAKING: DOJ Files SENTENCING Memo in Bannon Criminal Contempt Case, asks for Guideline MAX - MT

The DOJ filed its sentencing memorandum in the federal case in Washington DC where Steve Bannon was found guilty of two counts of contempt of congress this summer. The DOJ is asking for the maximum penalty under the sentencing guidelines. Steven Bannon responded with his own memo asking for probation and to stay sentencing pending his appeal where he plans to argue he was relying on the advice of his counsel who told him to assert an executive privilege claim for Trump. - Meidas Touch.

They made it easier on those who defy their subpoenas whereas it ought to be more severe. I'm not sure why they made it toothless, maybe to cover their own butts. 6 months max sentence for this clown is not enough.
