be careful evaluation of what constitutes a vehicle and where it is allowed to be operated and under what conditions. Are electric bicycles allowed on sidewalks, trails, what roads?

But if I remember correctly, I think there have been cases of DWI involving ride-on lawnmowers and horse and buggies.

I've had a ton of close calls. They are a huge menace to those of us who like to walk and there is apparently zero regulation.
