Four is well above the minimum of 30 days. But since he's permitted to be out while appealing, not that big a deal.

$6500 is chicken feed. The court costs are more than that.

to be served simultaneously.

His conviction was thrown out on appeal, but the case haunted him for years.

Seeger actually turned up when subpoenaed, but refused to answer questions about his political beliefs, who he voted for, and who he associated with, saying these were all in violation of his First Amendment rights.

Sentenced to ten one year terms. But then he was a left wing folk singer opposing Jim Crow, not a right wing thug plotting to overthrow the government.

Ole Stevie "has a slight chance of maybe being a recidivist," saith the judge. But Pete was dangerous.

I can't see this bloated sack of right wing sociopathy behaving himself in any situation.

And I do hope this is only the start.

Maybe he can get in shape and lose a few pounds while in stir.

the chit he has done and gets for months and a measly fine...This is exactly why people have no trust in our judicial system.. It's appalling! The fact that he was pardoned and all the crimes he has committed makes me wanna just vomit all over him and this putrid system...! Now he will be back on his pod cast or whatever the hell it is and gloat about it!!
