Trump teases "big announcement" on 11/15. But a presidential bid will NOT shield him from indictment

Donald Trump said he will make a "big announcement" at Mar-a-Lago on November 15. The prevailing wisdom is that Trump will announce his candidacy for the presidency.

We know that the Department of Justice is investigating the crimes of Donald Trump. We also know that the DOJ has a norm or tradition that it tries not to take any significant law enforcement action within 60 days of an election that could interfere in the election or be perceived as partisan.

This video discusses how an announced candidacy for an election that is two years away will or will not impact the willingness of the DOJ to indict Trump for his crimes. - Glenn Kirschner - 11/08/2022.
