As the President speaks after the Democrats overperformed in the midterms, Former Obama deputy chief of staff Jim Messina says Biden will be the presumptive Democratic nominee for president in 2024. In no uncertain terms, Messina tells MSNBC's Ari Melber: "If Democrats want to hold the White House, especially against Donald Trump, Joe Biden's our candidate."
