In his prez campaign announcement, Donald said his wall is complete.
Abbot must be letting them in at controlled points.
Of course, Trump also said some other blather but he did say the wall is complete.

he has had over 8 years to solve his border problem in a safe respectful law abiding humane way so why is it not a solved problem.

with orders to shoot to kill on sight, you will never appease the jingos until a "no entry" sign it put up at all ports of entry for anyone that isn't "good white."
