Americans Think Donald Trump Will Be A Bad Candidate. This Might Be Why - Velshi - MSNBC

One might think it wise for Donald Trump to sit out of the 2024 race – but as much as anyone rolls their eyes at him and the stained legacy he left behind, Ali Velshi has a stern warning:

“This is not a joke. Donald Trump’s candidacy isn’t something to laugh off and hope will go away if we stop looking at it. He’s been here before and he left a trail of division and destruction in his wake.” Velshi takes a look at some of the reasons why so many Americans think another Trump run for president is such a bad idea for the nation. - Aired on 11/27/2022.

same thought we had in 2016 when everyone thought Jeb Bush would win. Let us not forget, Trumps appeals to violence and arrogance , which like it or not, sre two components are the national identity. As long as even DeSantis knows that Trump can summon an army of gunmen to wreck the election, he is not a strong candidate. Yes, Musk backs him, like he back Twitter, which means he can be a kiss of death.

PLEASE, lets not make the same mistake we did in 2016 thinking that polls mean that much. The wolf is still a threat until they day we know he is surely dead, and even then the kids are ready to keep the machine rolling.

NOTE to any feds : I am not calling for his death, merely a note that every time people have been safe assuming he runs out of gas, he seems to have another tank, ready to attack US.

And my hope is that it doesn't peak too soon. I'd like to see the GOP kowtowing to the toxic man-child for another 2 years. And then get utterly destroyed in the general election. Bring it Donald!

If Trump only gets 30 percent of primary vote, he will withdraw after the 2nd or 3rd primary. ...WHY?

.............That 2nd or 3rd primary will prove to.........."Everyone that Trump is a ..."Has Been"
