How did this obviously uncontrollable person not get fired? He gets a seven day vacation while he has 29 complaints against him. Did you notice, he was first cleared of anything wrong. And cops wonder why their reputation is in the toilet

If this was a Deputy it would be the elected sheriff. In this case, a city, the mayor is the one accountable to the citizens. If I lived there, I would start a recall of the mayor. No excuse keeping a cop in the department with that many complaints on his record. Let the mayor know his job is on the line if he does not fire this idiot. I'd guess there is a lot of corruption going on there to allow this.
