Rep. Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., told reporters the January 6 committee would be holding their final public hearing on Monday, December 19 and release their full report to the public later that week. NBC's Julie Tsirkin reports from Capitol Hill. - Aired on 12/13/2022.

1. Timing is counter-productive. Why do it

“later that week” which is just before Christmas?

It gives the media an easy out to not cover it or to give the details short shrift.

If it isn’t released on the 20th, then how many besides committed Dem activists like us will pay attention?

3. Oh, I think most of us who were riveted by the earlier hearings will be there.

Those that wanted to cover their ears and eyes earlier will be out golfing or whatever they like to do.

The MSM will play "White Xmas" ad nauseum.

just skim through it. And that is my issue with the timing.
