14. Guys, call it caving, concessions, compromise, whatever. But there is no denying that Obama

wasn't as strong in his first term as he could've been. I do agree, they're testing him. In a second term, with no need to worry about reelection, it's obviously a lot easier to be freer about the way you conduct business as President.
