Kevin McCarthy speaks out about George Santos - Anderson Cooper - CNN

Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy addressed the controversy around Rep. George Santos (R-NY) as leaders of the Nassau County Republican Party called for Santos, who represents New York’s 3rd Congressional District, to resign from office over his lies to voters and fabrications about his personal life. Santos has said he will not resign.

The voters didn't actually vote for Santos; they voted for his lies.

This whole the "voters put him there" dodge is just a pile of McCarthy bull crap.
