The Supreme Court issued a report yesteday afternoon announcing that it has yet to deteremine who leaked the draft Dobbs v Jackson Women's Health Organization opinion last year, but do reveal some of the findings from the investigation, which included over 100 interviews, fingerprint analysis, and examining communications between staff and reporters. Harry and fellow Supreme Court expert Jessica Levinson discuss their takeaways from the report and their own suspicions about where the leak might have come from.

My suspicion from the earliest days of this was that someone intended to use it to galvanize the evangelicals, and badly underestimated how much of a backlash this would bring from the electorate in general. Arguably, that may have cost the Republicans the Senate and almost the House.

Ginni Thomas was involved in the insurrection and had contacts in the administration and certainly in SCOTUS. She knows a lot more than she's telling - so far.
