These days if I saw a dumpster full of food in OK, I wouldn't go near it. If it hasn't had bleach and/or sand poured over it, it's probably a sting operation by the cops to round up the homeless and put them on a bus to who knows where.
I was also under the impression ANY dumpster diving is illegal in TX, as it is in OK. Felons can't vote, be careful what you fall for.
