Tulsi Gabbard To Headline Republican Hearing On Government Picking On Conservatives

Republicans are getting their first set of "hearings" underway, and the first item on the agenda is to look into the "weaponization" of government entities like the FBI against conservatives. For some reason, Tulsi Gabbard is going to be one of the first witnesses called, even though she has absolutely no clear relationship to this issue nor does she have any expertise in this subject area. Well, folks, investigation season in the House of Representatives has of course, officially kicked off now, and the first hearing that Republicans are going to have is gonna be in this new little select committee they have created that's going to be looking at the weaponization of the federal government somehow against conservatives. And yesterday they announced who their line of guests is going to be. It includes Republican Senator Ron Johnson, who of course is involved in the fake elector scheme. It involves Republican Senator, Chuck, uh, Chuck Grassley. He will also go and testify to this committee during their first hearing. And so will Tulsi Gabbard, former US representative, Tulsi Gabbard, who used to be a Democrat recently left the party, got a, uh, contributor gig on Fox News, has spent most of her days trashing the federal government, and she, for some reason will also be testifying at this hearing.

Now, Johnson and Grassley, to a degree, I get it a little bit. It is kind of weird to say like, we're doing an investigation in the house, so Senators, why don't you come in? But those two men do have access to information, right? They're, they sit on powerful committees in the Senate, so that kind of makes sense. But Tulsi Gabbard, you're literally talking about bringing in a Fox News host to talk about the weaponization of the government against conservatives, something that she doesn't know anything about, right? She's not from the intelligence community, so she can't give you insider information. She's been outta Congress for four years now. So it's not like she can sit there and say, well, on my committee we came across this. No, she has nothing other than her job at Fox News.

And bringing her in is further proof that Republicans aren't actually seeking the truth. You're not seeking real answers, you're not seeking data or evidence. You are seeking testimony by people who hate the government. And this whole thing is gonna be a big giant farce. But luckily, the American public already sees that. According to a new survey out late last night, 56% of Americans view this committee on the weaponization of government against conservatives as just a way for conservatives to score political points. So 56% of the public is already saying, yeah, this is stupid. And you're just doing this for show. Majority of Americans already see right through this committee before Tulsi Gabbard even takes her seat. Only 36% of the country, by the way, supports it. Now, here's the thing. I get what you're doing right? The fbi, the intelligence apparatus here in the United States, they have a horrible history. They have absolutely targeted and gone after American citizens. They have gone after activists, they have gone after musicians, they have

Made, made their lives hell, but they're not going out there and selectively trying to prosecute Republicans right now. If anything, the intelligence apparatus has been protecting Republicans for many, many years, going all the way back to George W. Bush. If you wanna get to the bottom of what these intelligence communities are doing, how about you look at what they did to the activists over at Standing Rock? How about you look at what they have done to environmental activists all over the country? How about you look at the files that they were keeping on the Black Lives Matter protestors and organizers?
