4. She said she was running for senator to replace Dianne Feinstein who turns 90 this year

But then Adam Schiff also put his hat in the ring (after the Republicans removed him from chairman of the intelligence Committee!) - so now she's saying that Gavin Newsom should appoint a Black woman to replace Senator Feinstein. So now I don't know what's going on.

I think it's time to make some coffee. I can only have a set amount and I don't allow myself to have it before 5am, even though I often get up between 3 and 4.

I love coffee and if I could, I'd drink it all day but my stomach isn't into it so I limit my intake. But I'm ready for some now!

6. I could always use some coffee.

I went to a meeting last night and was looking forward to having some coffee there! But the guy who usually makes the coffee is out of town and nobody knew where they keep it. My favorite thing is now an iced coffee shake, it's offered at a convenience store/gas station chain around here that specializes in dairy. It's iced coffee, coffee ice cream and coffee syrup, I've gotten it so often that they told me how to make it. I'm afraid that it's become an addiction!

Winter is for hot beverages for warming up, which I also need when I get up when it's cold season.

13. I know. I used to pick up another shake for my friend, but I was told not in the winter.

They also have really good coffee. We had that Arctic Blast come through over the weekend when it was well below zero, but now it's gone up to over 40! Definitely weird weather these days...

7. I used to have the same trouble with my beloved coffee! Then a coworker gave me some of

this coffee, roasted differently to eliminate the Chlorogenic Acid. There are some other low acid brands out there, you can search online. There is a low acid Keurig cup made by a company called Fabula, too.

11. That's interesting.

I am stuck on my favorite roast that I get from a roaster where I used to live. I actually mail order it now. But it's fair trade and I am okay with limiting my intake as long as I can have my favorite. It's like getting up for dessert.

If I can have my perfect cup in the morning, I can probably handle most of whatever comes during the rest of the day.

I like what I see in several of the younger class in Congress. I do hope they can hack the stress and pull us out of the hell that the magats have created.
