Indiana attorney general could face legal trouble over Fox News interview - Dan Abrams Live



Indiana’s attorney general is being investigated following an interview on Fox News about a doctor who performs abortions. Jody Madeira, a law professor at Indiana University Maurer School of Law, joins Dan Abrams.

If AG Todd Rokita's office was in the process of investigating Dr. Bernard, Rokita violated the legally-mandated prohibition against discussing matters which are under investigation.

She clearly has a good, strong case. The Indiana AG's actions are a textbook example of libel.

Anyone know why this was done? I'm worried sanctions from the IN Supreme Court won't be enough - they'll probably just "admonish" him, as though admonishment means anything to such people.
