More explosive Fox filings on Monday?

Great report from Ari Melber about the Fox-Dominion case. Besides saying more explosive filings could come Monday, he goes into background explaining libel law as it applies to journalists and on just how Fox might be liable. Very very informative.

Here's the NBC News link on the story. The suspension lasted four days. He's talked about this on his podcast a couple of times.

Rachel Maddow did a commentary on it in 2010 in support of "her friend and colleague Keith Olbermann" and showed how Fox's Republican endorsements and pitches for fundraisers were common on that propaganda outlet in 2010. She cited a string of examples of ethical lapses on Fox and said further that the suspension proves why MSNBC is not Fox. That's even truer now than it was in 2010 when he was suspended because of the Dominion-Smartmatic lawsuit. Interesting that the clip shows John Kasich, who we thought would be better than Trump, but here he is attacking Obama. Hmm.

I don't know how the civil justice works. If is does, does anyone have any confidence in a just outcome?
