Another Norfolk Southern train derails in Alabama as CEO testifies before Congress - MSNBC Reports
Weeks after the Norfolk Southern train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, another Norfolk Southern train derailed near the city of White Plains, Ala. There are no reports of a hazmat situation at the derailment site. NBC News’ Jesse Kirsch reports.
