But you do realize that the "Putin" portions of the video are not Putin speaking.

I don't know what good it does to provide an English voiceover with a Russian accent, but I guess the intent is that we are supposed to believe that is actually Putin saying those things.

That may, or may not, be correct, but it would make more sense to leave Putin in Russian and provide subtitles, so that people who DO know Russian would be able to confirm those are the things he is saying.
