Those hush money payments came right after the Access Hollywood tapes and were 3 week before the 2016 election. He did it to STEAL THE ELECTION because if Stormy spoke out at that time, he would almost certainly have lost.

And puts it in context - and he has the experience to explain what we most need to know. And you're probably right, that if there were no "hush money," TFG would have lost (by a lot more than he actually did, thereby losing the Electoral College) and this country would have been spared so much and the divisions wouldn't be as weaponized as they are today. Though I figured he was finished after the Access Hollywood tapes came out, who would vote for him after that cringeworthy performance - at least the female vote? But I was obviously wrong.

Him winning the electoral collage by a total of 70k votes in the swing states caused a lot of damage. The covid epidemic was so much worse than it had to be. And SCOTUS was lost for generations.

We'd have avoided these irresponsible SCOTUS rulings which have divided and devastated the country - and put so many in peril - and will be with us for generations.

That election finance crime was the first reason we should never have had this criminal for four years.

For those four years, the Barr DOJ existed to remove accountability for that inaugurated criminal. How beyond-ironic and horrible that moment was when the immoral Bill Barr finally swore to the Jan 6 Comte that he'd called tfg's justifications for blocking the peaceful transfer of power "bullshit."

So yeah, all these prosecutors' -- DA Bragg's, DA Willis', AG James', SC Smith's -- grand jury work is the important cleanup of all the criminality that the morally lazy Barr let slide us into this dark place.

did not stop him. I don't see that this would either. The reasons they voted for him in those swing states has more to do with their resentments, owning the libs, and such. They already proved they did not care about TFG's behavior.
