Related: About this forumJudge ORDERS Trump lawyer Evan Corcoran to testify AGAINST Trump, and appellate court agrees!

In truly dramatic developments, first, Chief Judge Beryl Howell orders Donald Trump's defense attorney Evan Corcoran to testify in the grand jury about Trump's obstruction of justice in commotion with the classified documents case. Then, the appellate court - within 24 hours, rejects Trump's attempt to put a stop to Corcoran's testimony and reaffirms Judge Howell's ruling. And all of this is in addition to another Trump lawyer, Michael Cohen, having testified against Trump in the NY hush money case.
Trump now has the ignominious distinction of having not one but two of his attorneys testifying against him in two different cases. - Glenn Kirschner - 03/22/2023.

(255,525 posts)5. He has dissented before, but I have no idea how he'd weigh in on this
RW public pressure?

(32,321 posts)6. Roberts won't even take the appeal,
but I don't know how long that will take.
