I'll try to sum up her testimony during police-interrogation.

- They were fooling around all day.

- He somehow got two hits on the head and a busted lip, no idea where that came from.

- She locked him into a suitcase as a game.

- When he begged to be let out, she said "Fuck you", but that was as a joke in the heat of the moment.

- She dragged the suitcase with him through the house.

- She went to the bedroom, expecting him to get out by himself.

- Waiting in the bedroom for him to get out of the suitcase, she fell asleep.

- The next morning, to her total surprise, she found him suffocated.




EDIT:
She's currently on trial for murder and on her seventh lawyer. Her six previous lawyers have decided to leave her employ, citing "irreconcilable differences".

2. She's a nut. A sociopathic, alcoholic nut.

I ran across her interrogation tape on YouTube a couple of months back and it was a sight to see. She seems to think that just because it "was unintentional" and "no malicious" [sic] she should not be held responsible for his death in any way.

The detectives did a really bad job of interrogating her, but I suppose it doesn't matter because she recorded herself committing the crime. Those two videos were chilling.
