And, not just the rich ones who allowed the massive redrawing that gave him the victory. Just go look at the district map of North Carolina and check out how unbalanced it is. (But we still managed to elect half of the representatives. Their districts are tiny compared to that asshat in the article, but the Democrats still managed to hold on. Being someone who has roots in both the first and third districts, I am so glad that at least one of them is still blue even with all the gerrymandering.)
