that if their insurrection was successful, they would be treated as heroes. Well, they lost the bet and now they’re in prison. They need to quit whining. Do we admire people who lose all their money at the blackjack tables? They’re losers, and losers have to pay. That’s how the world works, at least for those of us who aren’t part of the oligarchy. People like Jordan and Cruz have yet to pay. Hope we see them in prison eventually, although that’s not very likely.

It should have told them something that they were asked to overthrow the government. Yet they're in prison and he still walks free. This is why it's essential that TFG also faces consequences. He is responsible for it all - for those who died and were severely injured on January 6th - mostly police officers who they insist they "support" - and he's the reason that they're in prison now.

I can't quite see why this is so, what is in it for them?
(No point asking a MAGAT, their intelligence and linguistic skills seem to be quite low.)

But it looks like another attempt at overthrowing the government would be on the cards if they ever get a chance.

If they could, they would demolish the legal system, release those prisoners, hail them as heroes, put them in positions of power, and reinstate Trump as Dictator for life.

Sounds like those 'political' prisoners have a very cushy life inside.
Probably a lot of staff sympathise with their cause.
