Donald Trump's threats to NY DA Alvin Bragg Violate Both NY and fed criminal statutes. - G Kirschner

As former president Donald Trump continues to violate federal and local laws, this time by threatening the very prosecutor who in preparing to indict him for his earlier crimes in New York, the American people are left to wonder why no law enforcement officials have seen fit to step up and address these crimes by charging Donald Trump.

Trump's threats violate New York State law section 195.05 - threatening a government official in an attempt to interfere with official duties. Trump threats also violate federal law - 18 US Code section 875c - be transmitting in interstate commerce a threat to injure a person, which is precisely what Trump did when he posted (thereby transmitting in interstate commerce) a picture of himself appearing two swing a baseball bat at DA Bragg.

So the people need to get off their asses and demand that the DOJ does its job.

Trump has committed so many crimes. And much of his crime spree is well documented
by videos, pictures, tweets, witness statements. The public witnesses the crimes in
real time and after the fact.

All we ask is the the US act like a NATION OF LAWS.

A nation of laws for the little people. By the way, Steve Bannon has been found GUILTY and still walks the streets. Such bullshit. And people think Trump will ever be held accountable ‽ what a joke.

This clueless moran still has no idea that anything that a U.S. president says or does is recorded for the news - and posterity. That was his mistake when he attempted to commit his numerous crimes - the evidence is readily accessible.

Or on Twitter, videos, etc.

Trump doesn't care. He assumes he can bully and threaten his way out of consequences.
And so far he has been successful.

He really is like a mob boss.

Every day he commits more crimes, the talking head attorneys on TV tell us all about it.
And nothing ever happens.

It really is unbelievable.

I protested against DJ and his father's shady shit in NYC in 1978-1981. Why would anyone expect a DA to do what none has done in nearly 150 years?
