by not reporting large gifts. I think there was also shared income with his wife that he "forgot" about.

I doubt he'll be impeached over this shit, but I think he will be presented with a large bill from the IRS. Perhaps his retirement can be negotiated as a partial settlement of that bill. He's 75, he should have been gone years ago.
