what they were in many ways. I hope he is speaking the truth when he says he left the repuke party, but if this latest outrage doesn't make him sick to his stomach I don't know what will.

We're in a bad place in our country tonight.

The one good thing that came out of this is that this news has gone national - and the support that "the Tennessee three" are receiving has been overwhelming from all over the country.

justify their racism. If Jones and Pearson are reappointed until a new election can be held I have read where the TN Speaker can refuse to seat them. I can't see there not being a judicial remedy to that situation. I doubt if the T3 are worried about being stripped of committee assignments, a lot of good trouble can occur without a committee assignment. These two may be reappointed as early as Tuesday (Monday holiday). I have read that Jones has more than the number of votes required but haven't read about Pearson.

And the aggravating thing is that the Republicans are defying the will of the voters who elected them! They are no longer represented!
