MAGA Tennessee Legislature Makes APPALLING Antidemocratic Move - Talking Feds



On Tuesday, the Republican Tennessee legislature voted to oust two or three members who had participated in a gun violence protest following a recent shooting at a Nashville elementary school. Harry explains why he believes this move is not only deeply antidemocratic, but also deeply unlawful.

At a minimum, a legislator has the same First Amendment rights as an ordinary citizen.

Right wing courts aren't even trying to sound reasonable, and don't care.
