The biggest media trial in decades gets underway as Fox News is facing a $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit from Dominion Voting Systems. 1. They had NO data they were willing to put forward so it could be refuted at the time.

Tons of promises from dozen of people, but to my knowledge, no actual data was ever publicly put forward.

Let me tell a little story, a little off the topic, but I think it makes a point.

Years ago, I was the president of the local Kiwanis club, and every summer, we sponsored a traveling carnival. It had all the things carnivals still have today. The rubber duckies with the number on the bottom. The balloons you try and break with darts. The moving critters you need to shoot with a .22.

And the tilted baskets that you throw softballs into. The person who ran that concession could put a ball in the basket all most anytime.

To prove it, he would say watch; I can prove it can be done (at this point, think about the Trump accolades, saying we have proof).

The guy with the softball concession would THEN present the proof and throw 1,2,3 balls in 3 separate baskets.

The Trump accolades NEVER put up the data for anyone to see it and analyze the accuracy of their conjectures. Because it was all smoke and mirrors.
