MAGA Group Unleashes Devastating Ad Attacking DeSantis For Disgusting Pudding Habit- Farron Balanced

Not long ago, reports said that Florida governor Ron DeSantis has a habit of eating pudding with his fingers - a claim that DeSantis has denied. But the pro-Trump PAC MAGA War Room decided to put out a devastating and disgusting ad against the governor for his habits, while also attacking him for wanting to cut Social Security and Medicare. Farron Cousins discusses the ad, and what they left out about Donald Trump.

The Pro-Trump Group, Mago War Room has put out a new ad that has aired on national television already. They showed it on CNN that attacks Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, not just for wanting to cut entitlement programs, but also for the rumors that he eats pudding with his fingers. Now I'm gonna show you the ad. It's, it's a little disturbing. A little gross, but, uh, here it is. And again, this, this ran on national television already. This is from Maga War Room attacking Ron DeSantis. Here it is.

Ron DeSantis loves sticking his fingers where they don't belong. And we are not just talking about pudding. DeSantis has his dirty fingers all over. Senior entitlements like cutting Medicare, slashing social security, even raising our retirement age. Tell Ron DeSantis to keep his pudding. Fingers off our money. Oh, can somebody get this man a spoon?

Make America great again. Ink is responsible for the content of this advertis.

Well, that is, uh, certainly off-put, and it has actually gotten me off-putting. So there's that. I guess, um, you, you obviously, you can't deny the, um, the undertones of the ad and the, the grossness of it, the imagery that it invokes, you know, not just what is shown, but kind of what is implied a little bit. And I think we all know what I'm getting at, and it's really, really gross. Um, but, you know, it does, it does have a message that's not inaccurate. Um, um, and that message, of course, is that Ron DeSantis has at multiple points in his career, pushed for cuts to Social security and Medicare. You know, I mean, that's, that's pretty obvious. I mean, you, you could have done it in a less, um, disgusting way, but sure, I mean, there are attack ads. It's politics, baby. That's, that's what happens.

But, uh, you left something out, Maga war room, you left something out. Very important. And that little piece of information, while you're attacking Ron DeSantis for wanting to attack these programs, y'all forgot to mention that during the four years that Trump was in office, the budget he submitted every single one of those years called for cuts to Social Security and Medicaid. Every year, every year as President Donald Trump said, let's cut these programs. And you know why they put these cuts in there? Well, because they had to make cuts somewhere in order to pay for those massive tax breaks that Donald Trump and most members of Congress benefited from. So Trump is the real villain here along with DeSantis. I'm not gonna downplay his villain. Um, I'm also not gonna defend his pudding habits. But Trump pushed this as well so that he could put more money, quite literally, into his own pockets.

So if you're gonna attack somebody, the smartest thing to do is to not attack them for doing the same thing that your guy did. In fact, Trump did it more times than DeSantis did. Trump was more adamant about it than DeSantis was. Again, not to downplay DeSantis villain here, but Trump did it more frequently. Trump had more power. Luckily, neither man was actually successful in doing it to the extent that they wanted to do it. But both men wanted to cut these programs that low income Americans depend on, that elderly Americans depend on. They wanted to cut them so that they could each put more money in their own pockets, possibly to buy more pudding. That I, you know, that's up to them what they do with it at that point. But neither of these men is good for low income Americans. Neither is good for elderly Americans. They both want you to suffer so that they can continue to prosper.
