wrong. In my opinion. As much as it would have been great to see Fox liars in the witness box, there was no guarantee the jury would have decided in Dominion’s favor. They were 100% correct to accept all that money from Fox

From their vantage point it’s business as usual. I’m dreading my sister coming for my son’s wedding next week. This is a giant elephant for the room. Must be avoided at all cost.

I have a family full of them. Their designer delusions are in no way fed on reality. They needed a cold hard statement read about what that company has been doing! Didn’t get that so on we go! Very sad!

... he is wrong in this case. There is no guarantee that the jury would've found for dominion.

Even in a case where the facts are overwhelmingly favorable to a plaintiff (as in this case) there is still a chance that a jury might rule in favor of the defense. When the defense has a strong case, there's always a chance the jury could find for a plaintiff. That is why the overwhelming majority of lawsuits are settled out of court.

and all the foghorns out there blatting the Big Lie are going to have to go through the same process.

Yes, there are people, mostly retired old men with nothing to do and wives who complain when they're in the way who hunker down in a small room with Pox on the screen at all times, but the news is getting through to even those lost souls. They just refuse to believe it and most likely wouldn't believe it on Pox with hourly retraction statements.

I'm just hoping SmartMatic will insist on those retractions. They might penetrate the skulls of the reachable people.
