Devin Nunes' Lawsuit Backfires As Judge Says His Family Did Employ Undocumented Immigrants - RoF

Devin Nunes may have the worst luck of anyone - including Donald Trump - when it comes to filing lawsuits. Nunes has lost every slander/libel/defamation lawsuit that he's filed, including one this week against a newspaper that wrote an article years ago about his family's farm using undocumented labor. Nunes sued, claiming that the claims were false, but the judge said in the ruling that all the facts are there to not just support the claim, but to prove that his family was using this form of labor. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains what happened.

You know, folks, it's always a fun time when we can talk about Devin Nunez. Losing yet another lawsuit, Devin Nunez has so far lost the defamation, libel, slander lawsuits that he's filed against the fake Devin Nunez Cal Twitter account. He lost a slander libel lawsuit that he filed against the Washington Post, and this week he lost another defamation lawsuit that he had filed against a newspaper and a reporter who ran a story many years ago that said that Devin Noon, as his family owned farm, was using undocumented labor. Now that is actually something that the time the story broke, we reported it here on Ring of Fire. We talked about that study. We talked about the lawsuit that he had filed when that happened, you know, long, long time ago. And now we get to talk about the inevitable conclusion, which is that the judge ruled this week that Devin, your family farm, hired undocumented workers.

Man, like we've verified it. They, the reporters verified it. You're sitting here suing them when we all have like the documentation that says, your family did this. Like, why are you even suing over it when it is true? Let me read this. This is pol, uh, reported from Politico via raw story. US District Court Judge CJ Williams, ruled Tuesday that the claims at issue in writer Ryan Liza's story, Devin Nuez family Farm, is hiding a politically explosive secret, were essentially accurate. The judge said that the conclusion, uh, the judge, the judge said that conclusion was fatal to the suits brought by Nuez, his relatives, and the company used to operate the dairy new Star Farms. The assertion that new star knowingly used undocumented labor is substantially objectively true. Rote Williams, an appointee of former president Donald Trump Williams, said evidence developed during the litigation showed that the farm employed numerous workers who provided names and social security numbers that did not match Social Security administration records. This court ordered the SSA to verify the social security numbers of all disclosed new Star Farm employees. Of those employees who New Star plaintiffs employed on or before September 30th, 2018, 243 of 319 employees names, dates of birth and social security numbers did not match SSA records. 243. The vast majority of the employees at New Star Farms gave bogus social security numbers, dates of birth, all of that. Like they, they're not real.

And you, you, had the audacity say, I'm gonna sue all these people for lying. The company, the company that knew this was happening was like, yeah, we're, we're gonna join in your lawsuit. Yay.

Oh God, like you are gonna be hit with the biggest slap lawsuit in retaliation for this Devin Nunez and New Star Farms and all y'all, you're about to pay through the nos because of this loss that you just suffered. You are going to have to pay the legal fees. You may have to pay other forms of restitution. And by God, I hope you have to, because this reporter, Ryan Lizza did a bang up job on this article. Everything was verified and it was ruled accurate by a court of law. After you tried to sue and take everything from this writer, I hope he turns around and takes everything from you instead.

He was waiting for the cows to come home and the chickens to return to the nest to lay some golden eggs.

He now has egg on his face.

Run Devon, run. 🤣🤣
