Idaho is owned and operated by the mormon church, there is no separation of church and state there. It's one of the most misogynistic religions on this continent and most certainly employs life micromanagement of the lives of its victims whether they are members or not. If you're in their zion, you have to obey their religious edicts.

This reminds me of the actions taken before the Civil War trying to require non-slavery states to help slave-owners recover the brave Black people who had escaped their bogus clutches.
