(9,354 posts)active in the Southern District of Florida, and therefore knows not only the law but also the territory. So, despite Meidas Touch's clickbait headlines, I tend to listen to him (in small doses.)

(9,354 posts)not necessarily in that order, are my go-tos. Joyce Vance does it on Substack ("Civil Discourse"
. She recently sent out a newsletter which she could have called "Everything you wanted to know about discovery but didn't know what to ask." Anyone who is not connected to someone who has faced a criminal trial may not even know it exists. I found that very enlightening.

(255,539 posts)I generally post Glenn Kirschner's analysis-of-the-day and the other three are on various news shows, sometimes along with Kirschner. But the one I see most frequently is Andrew Weissmann, I've wondered if the news shows compete to book him.
