Okla. judge dismisses restitution lawsuit filed by last survivors of Tulsa Race Massacre - PBS NewsHour
An Oklahoma judge threw out a lawsuit seeking financial restitution for the three remaining survivors of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. The suit was trying to force the city and others to make amends for the destruction of the once-thriving Black district known as Greenwood. Geoff Bennett discussed the latest with Oklahoma state Rep.
