South Texas border was long considered a Democratic stronghold until the 2020 election. Are Democrats on track to lose more South Texas Latino votes in 2024?

The Democrats do need to campaign more effectively in South Texas. However, that also means that those campaigns should include a mix of moderate as well as progressive members of the party. Progressive Democrats have not fared well historically in South Texas.

People get focused on little issues and lose sight of the very thing they should be focused on.

Why any individual, let alone any group, would see todays R party and find an attraction, I really don’t get.
