Arguing that he who gives the orders is not responsible is a very weak argument.
The image and headline make the point that Abbott's policies are inhumane and very likely murderous. The policies go far beyond just violating international law and treaties with Mexico. There are credible accusations that the policies have directly caused deaths.
Explain how these are "kooky clickbait", please.
