Good. I'm not for getting in their way, but filming is a right and unfortunately necessary nowadays. Silent Type Jul 2023 #2

... defends him/herself by claiming that "I wasn't filming anything! I was videoing it! There was no film in my cell phone when I was recording that incident."

This is one of my pet peeves. Every time I hear somebody say somebody was "filming" an incident with a cell phone, I always want to say, "What kind of film did that person have in that cell phone? 8mm? 16mm?"

Precision of language, y'all. You're not "filming" anything unless you're actually recording it literally on film.

The moment I step in a government agency office I’m never asked for permission to be on CCTV, so you have no right to ask me not to record! What’s with all the secrecy? Sorry you will be recorded by the people and you will like it.
