I live in Florida, and have been through numerous tropical storms and hurricanes. To think that moRon DeSepsis is using tax-payer funds to create his own personal Gestapo is a nightmare. There is definitely need for additional response/recovery personnel, but apparently that's not what the State Guard is training for.

That was 90 years ago... and we know where that led.

A friend of mine has confided in me that if moRon somehow gets into the Oval Office, she's moving to another country. And she's a proud Army veteran.

2. I agree that it sounds scary as hell

Not to mention, TFG has boasted of similar plans if (God forbid!) he were to make it into the Oval Office again! What both history (and I) haven't forgotten was that a two term Republican president became an American hero for defeating fascism during World War II - General Eisenhower! And now Republicans are promising fascism here at home??
