It's a shoe-in that he'll never be potus again, but him with all this threatening is totally out of control. Hitler 2023 will never be potus again and the traitor KNOWS it.

with an escalating fine every time he mentions anything to do with his trial. It could make a significant dent in the national debt (kidding). Plus it would be very entertaining (for real).

If he's in jail he'll be a martyr to his crazies and unless there's a gag order too he'll just keep putting out inflammatory statements. If he's not jailed but has a gag order it will be completely his doing every time he violates it, which he will because he can't help himself.

Kirschener gives legal opinions on matters of public interest. They get hyped by media. Not cool.

There's too much Trump-driven reactionary hype around the indictments. This only feeds into media horse race framing going into next year.
