Dumbest Capitol Rioter Ever Finally Gets Arrested - Farron Balanced

A Texas man has finally been arrested and hit with felony charges over his alleged involvement in the Capitol Riot. The man was seen in footage pushing and grabbing at police officers as he pushed his way into the building, but it was the way that he was caught that might make him the dumbest (alleged) Capitol Rioter that we've seen to date. Farron Cousins explains how this Trump-loving genius got busted.

Folks, we may have found the dumbest possible alleged capital Rioter. And I say alleged because this person has only been charged with crimes. They have not been convicted, uh, convicted of anything. So we cannot yet call them a capital rioter until they receive that conviction. But based on the evidence that the feds have against him, the conviction or the guilty plea will in fact be coming shortly. But there's a reason why I say this may be the dumbest person that stormed the capitol. And I know that's, you know, picking the smelliest dead fish out of the pile because it took a, you know, lack of brain cells to storm the capitol to begin with. But this guy might be the dumbest. Here's what happened. You had a, uh, a man who is now 32 years old from the state of Texas who went to DC, took place in the storming of the capitol.

He has now been charged with a felony charge of obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder. He was also charged with several misdemeanors, including knowingly entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, violent conduct, and a restricted building or grounds, disorderly or disruptive conduct, and a capital building or grounds and violent conduct in a capital building or grounds. And videos of the Capitol Riot show the individual, according to the complaint, uh, pushing and grabbing at police officers who were trying to hold back the pro-Trump mob. So he's 32 now. So he was 30 or 29 when the riot took place. So old enough to know that this isn't what you're supposed to be doing. So how'd they catch the guy? Okay, they had him on video. But hey, look, I mean, you can have anybody on video. How do you put the face on video to a face in person?

I mean, two and a half years after the fact, and they finally caught the guy, how'd they catch him? Because this decided to storm the capitol wearing a shirt with his business's logo name and phone number right across it. So, yeah. Now the big question is why did it take the feds two and a half years to track him down? You have him on video basically saying, here's how to find me. Here is my phone number if you want to contact me. And the feds, I guess maybe just as dumb as he is, they're sitting there like, man, this guy's a criminal mastermind. We are never gonna find this. S o p. We're gonna have to do some deep forensics on this. The whole c s i treatment reenact the crime scene to try to figure out who this guy is. And then I'm sure somebody in the back was like, um, hey, I don't, I don't know. I don't know if y'all have seen this, but, uh, you know, his, his, his phone number's on his shirt. So before we get the crime lab involved,

Anybody wanna, wanna call that number and, and just see like, do you know this man? I mean, you know, it's my first day here. I don't wanna step on anybody's feet, but kind of seems like maybe calling the number on his t-shirt, maybe that should be step one. And I guess they eventually did, and they caught him. They hit him with the one felony, the multiple misdemeanors. But I gotta tell you folks, nobody should commit crimes ever. Do not commit crimes. That is my message. But if you're gonna commit crimes, don't do it with your phone number and your company's name and blazoned on the front of your shirt or even the back of your shirt, don't have it on any of your clothing at all, okay? Because you may think that it's fun and you may think you're gonna get some good advertising out of it, but all you're end up gonna end up doing is eventually getting yourself arrested. I still want answers as to why it took two and a half years to do it, but nevertheless, his phone number across his shirt is what finally led the feds to him. Two and a half years too late. If you ask me.
