a MAGAt neighbor told me she needed to do some "research" on the vaccines - I told her, the RESEARCH has already been done, what you need to do is EDUCATE yourself....she continued to argue - so I said to her, look, you flew to California recently - when you got on that plane, you didn't know what creds that pilot had yet you DID fly on that plane.....she said yeah well, I didn't know his creds but SOMEONE DOES.....she failed to see the correlation......OMFG these people don't fucking get it, IT IS RIDICULOUS

jet engine technology
air traffic controllers
the Bernoulli effect (lift on a wing)
airplane construction standards
airplane maintenance schedules
runway maintenance
autopilot design
heating and cooling systems
airplane food safety controls
radio communication
radar and GPS

We rely all the time on experts who understand these things and who we entrust to do things right. Why should it be any different with vaccines?

I tried to explain to her that in the society we live in - WITH RULES AND REGS, we do rely on expertise constantly.....she just wasn't having it with vaccines - it's the power of propaganda I suppose

Voter participation is not 100%. IIRC, it's around 40-50% in most areas. My vote-by-mail state, about the easiest way to vote, is still only 80-82%. Todd is applying the total deaths (including nonvoters) to election totals. I think we need to cut his margins by about half.
